Job Context:
∎ The following Post /Candidate will be appointed by a Garments Factory of IHM Garments & Textiles Co. Ltd situated in Ishwardi EPZ.
∎ Job Location: Ishwardi EPZ, Pakshy, Pabna.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to do costing and sourcing independently.
∎ Sound knowledge about knit fabric manufacturing and trouble shooting.
∎ Ability to cast both casual woven and knit.
∎ Sound knowledge in yarn, weaving, processing, printing, cutting, stitching, quality, folding & packing.
∎ Should be competent to communicate with Buying House/Liaison Office, Factory people and other Department.
∎ Must be capable to deal with buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Must be capable to arrange all kinds of yarns, fabric & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
∎ Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment maintaining effective TNA.
∎ Effective follow up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Will have the ability to handle stressful situations or challenges and be able to trouble shoot by taking the initiative to solve issues quickly
∎ Produce reports to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have good knowledge about computer office application & corresponding skill.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Japan language skill will get preference.
∎ Minimum 3-year(s) experience in Knit Garments.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): (Merchandising)
