Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities is to look the accounts assigned by Management, also sharing update with Management on regular basis.
∎ Maintain all merchandising communication, order follow up with supplier, factories on regular basis, required for processing orders efficiently.
∎ Better understanding & knowledge on different types of fabric test parameters required by international buyers.
∎ Sample development with approved quality and maintain on time submission.
∎ Monitor and follow up daily production activities.
∎ Work with Fabric, accessories suppliers to ensure right quality on time delivery.
∎ Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-4 years working experience with Knit, woven, Sweater& Jacket garments. Vast knowledge on knitted fabric & understanding on yarn quality / knitting technic and dyeing process to achieve best quality fabric from garment factory.
∎ Factory experience is preferred.
∎ Ability to work as a team player
∎ Ability to work under pressure & problem solving capability
∎ Should be dynamic, hardworking, goal oriented, self-driven with amicable personality.
∎ Good knowledge in product development and T&A calendar.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills (both English & Bengali in verbal & email communication).
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills for managing suppliers & factory person(s).
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet and Microsoft Office Program
