Job Context:

Delmas Apparels (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a dynamic and proactive Merchandiser for immediate appointment. This is a full-time position based in Chattogram, ideal for a fresh graduate or a candidate with up to 2 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Order Execution: Developing samples as per buyer specifications, ensuring timely submission, and managing product approvals.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Sourcing fabrics and trims, collaborating with suppliers to maintain quality and on-time delivery.

• Order & Production Management: Monitoring orders from inception to shipment, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaising with Production, Quality, and Commercial teams to streamline operations.

• Approval Process Oversight: Managing buyer approvals and maintaining compliance with production standards.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining merchandising records, order files, and generating necessary reports and presentations.
