Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor in any discipline.
∎ Textile graduate will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Production, Knitting Production, Merchandising and Production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in Knit garments merchandising with large volume for at least 4-5 years' experience in a Composite Knit factory.
∎ Experience working in 100% export oriented knit garments manufacturer handling buying office merchandisers and experience in handling global brands such as GAP, ZARA, H&M, LIDL, ALDI, LCWAIKIKI etc.
∎ Pro-actively assist in the operational activities in production follow up, fabric development, sample development, etc.
∎ Effective communication and coordination of product requirement to all concerned departments/sections.
∎ Complete the necessary documentation, filing, and reportorial requirements in timely basis.
∎ Initiate identifying quality defects from production processes in accordance with buyer requirements on styling, hand-feel, folding, packing, etc.
∎ Making and informing detailed cost breakdown to management for each inquiry.
∎ Making price quotations to all local buying houses and all buyers.
∎ Maintaining excellent co-ordination among Merchandising, Production & Planning team.
∎ Have to maintain and follow up buyers merchandising file properly as per the guideline given by the management time to time.
∎ Sourcing new quality accessories supplier to ensure smooth production as well as reduce cost of production.
∎ Assist in any merchandising activities.
