Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, program evaluation, public health, communications, social sciences, or related area

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience developing and implementing MEL plans, research and deliverables for health programs and development programs.
∎ USAID project MEL and reporting experience.
∎ Deep understanding of Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC), and expert understanding in approaches to monitoring and evaluating project performance and outcomes.
∎ Experience conducting MEL&R trainings for diverse audiences.
∎ Must have advanced proficiency in statistical software packages.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience working with a variety of partners in multiple sectors.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple partners.
∎ Ability to manage difficulty, timely, and complex issues with diplomacy and tact while holding steadfast to principles with staff, partners, and funders.
∎ Ability to exercise independent judgment.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate and conduct meetings and synthesize large amounts of data to produce research reports (graphs, tables) and presentations in both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to ensure adherence to applicable donor rules and regulations and local in-country
∎ Excellent written and oral skills in Bangla and English.
