Education:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology (Dentistry) from a recognized IHT.
∎ Age 20 to 30 years.
∎ Excellent communication skills and desire to learn.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places especially in riverine areas.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer operation especially MS Office with good typing skill.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ OP consultation and treatment of the patients.
∎ Assist in OT·
∎ Pre & Post operative management.
∎ Autoclaving/sterilizing.
∎ Stock management.
∎ Reporting
∎ Meet and greet each and every patient.
∎ Responsible for dental patient’s management & treatment during regular hospital service.
∎ Perform dental procedures as per guidelines.
∎ Referring to the emergency complicated cases to dental unit of medical college hospital.
∎ Registration of eye patients in patients’ register and entry diagnosis, history and treatment in the software.
∎ Dental patient selection & listing in computer for dental camp & complicated emergency dental cases referred to medical college hospital in dental department.
∎ Responsible for preparing BCC action plan, estimated budget in consultation with Program manager Health during dental camp.
∎ Responsible for sterilization of dental instruments regularly with maintaining register.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of stock register and daily uses materials.
∎ Responsible for preparing monthly requisition.
∎ Responsible for preparing of monthly report.
∎ Maintenance of daily stock register and daily user materials in dental unit.
∎ Preparation of monthly/quarterly requisition which are needed in dental unit.
∎ Maintain daily departmental quality checklist and preserve it.
∎ Helping Local/International Dentists during camps.
∎ Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
∎ Maintain cleanliness of dental unit and equipment as per infection control protocol.
∎ Segregate waste and dispose of it properly.
∎ Participation in BCC, Counseling & Health education.
∎ Appropriately follow the safeguarding policy and code of conduct of the organization
∎ Any work assigned by the line manager.
