Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all clinical projects under GH/CPI: Health Systems Support, Health Post & any additional projects within GH/CPI health programming
∎ Lead in planning health post from design to implementation
∎ Assist in strengthening relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders for successful implementation of health services
∎ Build capacity of recruited covid19 projects & health post staff, and core program staff to provide quality health services according to the humanitarian standards' Package of Essential Primary Health Services
∎ Ensure that relevant information is shared/communicated between GH/CPI, local partners, and all relevant stakeholders
∎ Conduct field visits for monitoring and supervision of programs and staff
∎ Create concept notes, budgets, workplan, cost plans: lead the full cycle of program management according to donor policies
∎ Work with M&E Coordinator to create M&E flow and tool kits for all projects
∎ Plan accordingly in relation with the project goal and objectives
∎ Support higher management in decision making and future planning/ expansion
∎ Prepare list of medical supplies and logistics prior to budgeting for all health programs
∎ Manage health program budgets/ expenditure
∎ Guide task distribution among all health project staff Health post & HSS flow and process
∎ Attend all sectoral or other relevant meetings for project planning
∎ Provide technical support to Health Outreach Manager when required
∎ Regular Responsibilities:
∎ Train relevant staff to provide health services as needed
∎ Creation of quarterly data reports, monthly partner reports, partner interim reports, monthly field stories from all projects and any other relevant program reports requested by Senior Management
∎ Weekly program meetings/ task lists, monthly work plan to be reviewed and checked by direct supervisors
∎ Empower and support field level leadership team
∎ Lead induction plans for all staff under health systems strengthening & health post initiatives with support from operations team regarding HR/Finance
∎ Attend and participate in coordination meetings, staff meetings and trainings as necessary
∎ Dissemination of information related with the program to Senior Management in a timely manner (urgent matters to be reported immediately, non-urgent weekly)
∎ Keep track of all health project security concerns/ risks
∎ Assist M&E Coordinator in streamlining data collection process
∎ Facilitate discussion/ support visiting medical consultants as needed
∎ Remain flexible to carry out any other responsibility as requested by Senior Management within health programming
∎ Create training schedule for all clinical and non-clinical staff under health programming in coordination with training coordinator
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years' experience in health or development projects in an international/local organization
∎ Minimum 3 years of management experience
∎ Minimum 1 year FDMN Camp experience
∎ MUST have excellent english report writing and budgeting skills
∎ Good presentation skills, writing and analytical skills
∎ Good in written and spoken English and strong report writing skills
∎ Excellent software skills for MS Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, positive relation approach with colleagues and partners, empathy, patience, capacity to manage priorities, autonomy
∎ Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
