Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
Administer general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia.
Monitor patient vitals and ensure safety throughout ENT surgical procedures.
Manage post-operative recovery and provide effective pain control.
Handle emergency cases and support ICU/critical care teams when needed.
Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
