Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Medical Officer in HR, Admin & Compliance department for the Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Job Location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar or Rupganj, Narayanganj.
∎ Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory premises and perform health checkups of employees periodically.
∎ Provide health care, and first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions by referring them to specialized nearby hospitals for better treatment (if required) with the information to the management of the factory.
∎ Respond to employees' medical complications by referring to their health history, and carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral where necessary.
∎ Conduct employees' routine check-ups on preliminary physical tests like blood pressure, sugar level, weight, temperature; and related health complications.
∎ Coordinate with HR department regarding new joiner employee's medical checkup.
∎ Counsel and train the responsible person about the use of the First Aid Box on the uses and purpose of medicine.
∎ Enlist pregnant employees' records, provide periodic checkups, and ensure the working health condition of pregnant employees.
∎ Conduct health-related training programs to increase awareness about hygiene & occupational health.
∎ Provide Maternity Leave suggestions after verifying documents.
∎ Prepare, provide, and maintain compliance-related reports/documents for the audit.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the top management.
