• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Medicine
• Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health

• Minimum of ten years progressive practicing in Medical field;

•   MBBS degree with specialization in Medicine from a recognized Medical College Hospital;

•  Prior work experience in Hospital/Hotel is preferred;

•  Current Basic First Aid Training Certificate;

•  Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR);

•  Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork;

• Able to work in flexible working hours

• Excellent communication both in Bangla and English

• Ability to build and maintain rapport with other Hospitals/ Medical College/ District Civil Surgeon Office, IEDCR and related bodies

• Capable to train our staffs on First Aid and health awareness

Job Context

Provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health care to employees of RBDWG

Key Responsibilities

• Obtains health history and perform physical examinations;

• Checks and verifies Pre-employment medical reports of new employees;

•   Diagnoses and direct counseling for each patient on a plan for treatment;

•   Prescribes medication in accordance with Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) and professional practice guidelines;

•   Performs minor surgical procedures;

•   Arranges referral for patients requiring services not offered at medical center.

•   Reviews incoming reports (e.g. lab, x-ray, ECG, EEG, ECO etc) sign, date and follow-up in a timely manner;

•   Participates in staff outreach and off-site health care programs in the hotel service area as assigned by the DOHR&T;

•   Complies with the HACCP Infection Control plan which includes personally utilizing universal precautions;

•   Participates in peer review, quality assurance, health care provider meetings, and other clinical meetings;

•   Assists in updating protocols and principles of practice as requested;

•   Assists in outside medical public relations functions;

•   Adheres to Brand standards and meet at least the minimum requirement;
