Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide patient care in Indoor, Outdoor & Emergency departments.
∎ Assessment of patients on admission, including detailed history taking, physical examination, and proper documentation within specified time.
∎ Guide and supervise nurses for clinical care and procedures.
∎ Participate in daily ward rounds and examine patients.
∎ Inform respective Consultants/Specialists in case of new clinical findings.
∎ Update and record patient medical histories accurately.
∎ Provide guidance and supervision to Intern Doctors.
∎ Conduct and assist in clinical teaching/examinations of MBBS students as per academic guidelines.
