Responsibilities & Context:
Seeking application for Medical Officer/ Asst. Registrar/Registrar/ RS/RP of all department.
Indoor, Outdoor & Emergency patient services.
Assessment of patients on admission, detailed history taking and Physical examination and documentation with in time frame and provide guidance to nurses.
To participate in ward rounds and examine individual patients.
Inform the respective consultant/ Specialist if any new findings.
Recording and updating patients` medical histories. Guiding Intern Doctor.
Conduct examination for MBBS students.
