Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree from recognized Medical College.
∎ BM&DC Registration certificate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide health care services in the hospital and health camp by maintaining proper clinic activity.
∎ To help in the organization of the health camp.
∎ To see the referral patients and give feedback & must have to perform USG.
∎ To perform the OT as an assistant along with a specialist.
∎ To help the international volunteers and doctors during their stay in the hospitals.
∎ To manage the Friendship health service centers and supervise the activities of the clinical staff.
∎ To give feedback to field and hospital staff.
∎ To counsel the patients about health-related advice.
∎ To help in establishing a referral network with different health centers.(GOB & other specialized)
∎ To do advocacy on family planning services for the eligible couples.
∎ To provide guidance and support to Lab Technologist, Medical assistant, Paramedic, Nurses, and other medical for Clinical record keeping.
∎ Provide OJT for the medical staff.
∎ To keep liaison and establish rapport with GOB, LGOB, Local leaders & stakeholders when and where required.
∎ To follow guidance and instruction from Head Office management.
∎ To make a plan and organize the training programme for the development of the project.
∎ To compile, analyze, and finalize the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on health activities.
∎ Conduct proper BCC and advance visits before the fleet movement.
∎ As a member of the project team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high-quality support to the projects and excellence within the organization.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
