Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be MBBS with BMDC Registration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & providing general care & basic treatment to patients;
∎ To ensure proper treatment of reported illness/ailments of factory worker/staff;
∎ To educate the workers on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out;
∎ Implement & provide primary health care services;
∎ To maintain daily attending patients register;
∎ To conduct periodical health checkup;
∎ Communicate with other medical & non-medical staff in the hospital to ensure quality treatment;
∎ Referred serious & critical patients to the hospital if required;
∎ Ensure proper treatment to the children in child care of factory;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on computer handling;
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on night basis;
∎ Experience: 3 to 5 years in private sector/ RMG Factory;
∎ For night shift duty only;
∎ Bachelor degree in medical science;
∎ Must have previous knowledge of working in Factory /Garments /Washing Plant;
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
Salary: Negotiable
