Education:
Diploma in Medical Faculty/ Medical Assistant (e.g., MATS) from an accredited institution, registered with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC)

Responsibilities & Context:
Provide primary health care services specially women and children following standard protocols within the factory working hours
Provision of first aid medicines for illness, ensuring appropriate dressing and suturing of cut injuries, together with the necessary medical advice and guidance to employees and their family members
Maintain daily checklist of all medical equipment and medicines to ensure that all medical kits are ready and fully stocked, with all medical supplies organized, listed and within the expiration period
Conduct periodic follow up of pregnant employees and sustain nutrition programs for pregnant employees
Facilitate the safe transfer of sick patients to hospitals, ensuring proper handover to the receiving medical team
Coordinate with HR department regarding new joiner employee’s basic assessment of medical fitness checkup
Maintaining excellent infection control standards within the medical center and factory premises
Any other tasks as assigned by the top management
