Overview of the position:
Olympic Industries is seeking a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy individual to support the execution of our Online Video Commercial (OVC) and digital marketing campaigns.
This role will work directly with our Media Marketing & Strategy Head, acting as the on-ground point of contact with creative agencies, production teams, and internal departments.
The ideal candidate will combine digital content creation skills with operational coordination abilities to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all marketing projects.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the on-site representative for all OVC shoots, agency meetings, and campaign activities, ensuring work is executed as per brief.
Coordinate between our creative agency, external marketing teams, and production crews.
Review creative drafts, edits, and deliverables before they go live, ensuring they meet brand standards and objectives.
Capture behind-the-scenes content when required for social media and campaign storytelling.
Assist in graphic design and basic video edits using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva.
Understanding camera operations a strong plus point
Schedule, upload, and monitor content performance on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Media Marketing & Strategy Head.
Research and explore AI-based tools for content creation, automation, and campaign analytics.
Handle miscellaneous marketing errands and ensure campaign timelines are met.
