Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform regular designing and engineering compressor systems, including selecting the appropriate size and type of compressor, designing the layout and piping systems, and ensuring efficient operation.
∎ Integrate compressor systems into larger systems, such as HVAC systems or plumbing networks, ensuring proper functionality and compatibility with other components.
∎ Perform calculations and simulations to analyze the performance of compressor systems, assessing variables like power consumption, cooling capacity, air quality, and airflow distribution.
∎ Establish maintenance schedules, performing routine inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise with compressor systems. This includes identifying and repairing leaks, maintaining proper lubrication, and replacing worn-out components.
∎ Oversee the installation and commissioning of compressor systems, ensuring that the equipment is correctly installed, integrated with other components, and properly calibrated.
∎ Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment specifications for reference and reporting purposes.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and management, to address mechanical engineering-related issues and achieve production goals.
∎ Focus on optimizing compressor systems for energy efficiency, ensuring proper insulation, minimizing pressure drops, using energy-efficient components, and implementing control strategies for optimal system performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Prior experience working in apparel manufacturing facilities is a plus
∎ Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
∎ Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
∎ Effective communication and teamwork abilities
