- Diploma or B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.

- Fresher (recent graduate) or up to 2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in industrial products (pumps, motors, valves, or related).
- Good technical understanding of pumps, motors, valves — how they work, their applications, installation, troubleshooting.
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to interact with clients.
- Basic negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with ability to work in field and office.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
- Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software will be a plus.

Role Overview
The Mechanical Engineer – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for supporting sales activities, developing market opportunities, understanding product specifications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines technical knowledge of pumps, motors, and valves with sales and marketing skills to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential customers and markets for pumps, motors, and valves.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Understand product specifications, capacity, performance curves, materials, etc., to advise customers accurately.
- Visit clients / sites & follow up sales leads.
- Coordinate with the technical & production team to ensure product availability, quality, and delivery.
- Provide after-sales support: help resolve technical queries from clients.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, or agents (if applicable).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report results to Sales Manager.
- Gather market intelligence: competitor analysis, pricing, product trends, customer feedback.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or marketing campaigns as needed.
Job Other Benifits: Salary Range (Indicative): For freshers: BDT [25,000 - 35,000] / month (plus incentives), With ~1-2 years experience: BDT [35,000 - 50,000] / month (plus incentives)
