Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating machinery systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, industrial safety standards
Responsibilities & Context:
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical parts of production machinery, including secondary coating line, SZ stranding machines, and extrusion lines.
Oversee installation, alignment, and calibration of mechanical equipment.
Diagnose machine breakdown issues and provide solutions to restore production.
Support factory projects related to machine upgrades and modifications.
Maintain lubrication systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Work closely with the electrical team for integrated machine maintenance.
