Educational Requirements:
∎ To be successful in this position, the incumbent should have a degree in Social sciences or Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated 4-5 years' experience of working in humanitarian response with local and/international partner organizations. Should have at least 2-3 years humanitarian response experience in MEAL programming and Familiar MEAL context in Bangladesh. Strong positive attitude and ability to manage a wide range of issues of complicated procedures. Should have practical experience in Quantitively (such as SPSS, MS Excel) and Qualitative (Like nVivo, Atlas Preferable) data analysis skills. Relevant experience in managing of institutional donor funded progrmmes (IOM/EC/ DFID etc) will added advantaged. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written fluency in English and Bangla.

Salary:
∎ BDT 9,42,057 gross per annum + medical reimbursement, provident fund, gratuity, life and medical insurance
