∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ To be successful in this position, you should have at least 6 years of experience in development sector with at least 4 years of experience in a technical position and demonstrated capacity to MEAL support in large project; Commitment to the organizational values, working with marginalized groups, and inclusive development; Experience and skill in guiding, advising and training diverse groups on the design and use of MEAL tools and processes; substantial experience in designing, planning, monitoring, reviewing and reporting using Project Cycle Management approach and sector tools such as Theory of Change and Logical Frameworks; Experience in managing reviews and evaluations of projects that use both quantitative and qualitative monitoring and impact data; ability to assess needs and gaps in MEAL capacity and plan programs of work to build capacity in complex environments
∎ You should be a highly organized person with the ability to manage large, complex pieces of work with multiple partners and stakeholders and to produce key deliverables on time; familiarity with European Union's MEAL system and guidelines is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT 1,508,884 gross per annum + medical reimbursement, provident fund, gratuity, life, and medical insurance
