- At least 5 years of experience in Water Treatment Plant or Large Construction Project
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for the submission and approval of permanent materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that technical documents, test reports, certificates of conformity, etc., comply with design specifications and client requirements.
Develop material submission plans, track the approval process, and coordinate with the design team, supervision consultants, and the client to complete material confirmation.
Review quality certification documents submitted by suppliers (such as ISO certificates, third-party test reports, material certificates, etc.) to ensure their authenticity and validity.
Be familiar with national and industry standards (such as ASTM, ISO, etc.) to ensure that submitted materials meet technical specifications and contractual requirements.
Resolve disputes during the submission process (e.g., rejections by the supervision team, parameter mismatches) by organizing technical clarifications or re-inspections.
Participate in the pre-qualification of suppliers, assessing their production capacity, quality control systems, and documentation compliance.
