∎ Bachelor degree in Agricultural Science (Agriculture/Fisheries/Livestock) from reputed University or Diploma in Agriculture
∎ Bachelor degree in Agricultural Science (Agriculture/Fisheries/Livestock) from reputed University or Diploma in Agriculture
Requirements:

∎ At least 5 years of experience with FFS (Farmer Field School) approach & having strong facilitation skills
∎ S/He must have ToT of Master Trainer on IFM-FFS approach from any institutions/organizations and previous experience
∎ Sound knowledge on Agricultural system of CHT
∎ Practical experience of working in CHT districts and capable of communicating through CHT languages and Chittgonian dialect will be added an extra advantage
