Agricultural Research, Agricultural Training, Fish Biology, Fisheries sector
Job Context:
∎ World fish BANA project collaborating with Alim industries Ltd.
∎ Project Duration: One year.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and train on aquaculture and fish farming.
∎ Developing and editing training modules.
∎ Giving key information’s about how to grow fish and shellfish as cash crops or for release into freshwater or saltwater.
∎ Modern methods and techniques for quantity improvement to teach the farmers about modern efficient and effective methods to improve the quality and increase the quantity on fish farming.
∎ Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
∎ Have proficiency in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodology.
∎ Have to present complex information to a variety of audiences
∎ Provide guidance and leadership to team toward achieving goals
∎ Work closely with the program manager to plan, design and assist in implementation of other project-related activities.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook-Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Able to take initiative.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should have very good communication and presentation skills with good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to Travel frequently all over Country.
