- Experience: 2+ years in managing Upwork and Fiverr profiles with a proven track record of winning projects.
- Proposal Writing: Strong persuasive writing skills with the ability to craft tailored proposals.
- Fiverr SEO: Deep understanding of Fiverr algorithm, keyword optimization, and gig ranking strategies.
- Client Handling: Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and close deals.
- Digital Marketing & eCommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Shopify, Amazon, and other digital services.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze marketplace trends and refine strategies accordingly.
- Prior experience securing high-ticket projects on Upwork & Fiverr.
- Knowledge of Fiverr’s Buyer Request feature and custom offers.
- Experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) for Fiverr gig images (a plus).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and filter relevant projects related to digital marketing, SEO, eCommerce, and web development.
- Write and submit persuasive proposals to attract potential clients and win projects.
- Engage with prospects, answer inquiries, and negotiate project terms to secure deals.
- Conduct in-depth research to find profitable services and optimize existing gigs.
- Write compelling Fiverr gig titles, descriptions, and FAQs while optimizing for SEO and conversions.
- Maintain and update Fiverr gigs, respond to buyer queries, and ensure service quality.
- Optimize Upwork and Fiverr profiles to improve rankings and attract more clients.
- Research competitors and stay updated with marketplace trends and algorithm changes.
- Monitor proposal success rates, gig impressions, and conversion rates to improve strategy.
Office Time: 10 pm to 7 am (Night Shift)
