Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with practical knowledge of working in the Bangladesh, USA, and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in running high-performing advertising campaigns, managing e-commerce marketing activities, and developing effective brand growth strategies.

 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns.

  2. Handle Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Shopping Ads.

  3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Bangladesh, USA, and other international markets.

  4. Research target audiences, competitors, and market trends for different regions.

  5. Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.

  6. Work on both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.

  7. Improve ROAS, conversions, customer engagement, and overall campaign performance.

  8. Support SEO optimization and website traffic growth.

  9. Prepare campaign reports, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations.

  10. Maintain social media branding and strengthen the company’s digital presence.

 

Bangladesh Market-Specific Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute market-specific digital strategies based on Bangladesh’s business environment and consumer behavior.

  2. Manage local campaign strategies for Bangladeshi audiences across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.

  3. Develop Bangla and English ad copies based on audience segments and campaign objectives.

  4. Understand local buying behavior, seasonal demand, and festival-based marketing opportunities such as Eid, Ramadan, Pohela Boishakh, and national events.

  5. Manage e-commerce campaigns for websites, Facebook Shops, WhatsApp sales, and marketplace-based businesses.

  6. Optimize campaigns for lead generation, message campaigns, WhatsApp inquiries, website purchases, and offline sales support.

  7. Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality, customer responses, and conversion performance.

  8. Plan retargeting campaigns for website visitors, engaged audiences, video viewers, and abandoned cart customers.

  9. Manage creative testing for ad visuals, videos, headlines, hooks, and call-to-actions.

  10. Monitor ad account health, policy issues, payment problems, rejected ads, and platform restrictions.

  11. Analyze competitor ads, pricing, offers, and promotional strategies in the Bangladesh market.

  12. Develop content and campaign strategies for service-based, e-commerce, real estate, fashion, education, and local business sectors.

  13. Improve brand visibility through organic social media planning, content distribution, and community engagement.

  14. Track campaign performance regularly and take quick optimization actions to reduce ad costs and improve conversions.

  15. Prepare client-friendly reports with campaign results, insights, challenges, and next-step recommendations.

  16. Suggest landing page, product page, and website improvements to increase conversion rates.

  17. Maintain smooth communication with clients, internal teams, designers, content writers, and sales teams for successful campaign execution.

  18. Stay updated with the latest trends in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and the Bangladesh digital market.

  19. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the company’s business goals, budget, target audience, and growth plan.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and campaign optimization.

  2. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, SEO, analytics, and tracking tools.

  3. Experience in managing campaigns for local and international markets.

  4. Understanding of e-commerce marketing, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

  5. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make performance-based decisions.

  6. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  7. Ability to work with creative, content, sales, and client service teams.
