Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor/Honors
• HSC

• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in export marketing/foreign buyer communication will get preference.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla (both written & spoken).
• Must have knowledge about Corporate, Digital Marketing and International Trade practices.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Very Aggressive, Figure Hungry, Bottom Line Drive & Self Driven.
• Flexible to move and work in any market anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Very good in Business & Competitor analysis.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Well-groomed and well mannered.
• Problem solving & decision-making skill within shortest possible time.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
• Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication Professional proficiency in English & Bangla.
• Candidate must be honest, smart, energetic and fast learner.

1. Implement company marketing plans and strategies effectively in the field

2. Ensure smooth coordination between marketing team and delivery operations

3. Support all marketing executives to maintain proper workflow and market coverage

4. Assist in product distribution and ensure timely delivery to dealers and retailers

5. Identify new market opportunities and generate potential customer leads

6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and retailers

7. Actively participate in sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets

8. Conduct regular field visits to monitor market activities and support team members

9. Promote company products through both offline and online marketing activities

10. Collect and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis

11. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaign execution and support

12. Ensure proper stock movement and assist in managing supply chain flow in the market

13. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, delivery, and marketing activities

14. Support brand development and ensure strong market presence

15. Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product activations

16. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support business growth
