Experience:

• At most 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor/Honors

• At most 3 years

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 24 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in export marketing/foreign buyer communication will get preference.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla (both written & spoken).
• Must have knowledge about Corporate, Digital Marketing and International Trade practices.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Very Aggressive, Figure Hungry, Bottom Line Drive & Self Driven.
• Flexible to move and work in any market anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Very good in Business & Competitor analysis.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Well-groomed and well mannered.
• Problem solving & decision-making skill within shortest possible time.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
• Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication Professional proficiency in English & Bangla.
• Candidate must be honest, smart, energetic and fast learner.

1. Implement company marketing plans and strategies

2. Identify new market opportunities and generate customer leads

3. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers

4. Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets

5. Conduct regular field visits to dealers, retailers, and potential clients

6. Promote company products through various marketing and promotional activities

7. Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor analysis

8. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online promotions and campaigns

9. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports

10. Support brand development and awareness-building activities

11. Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and product activations

12. Perform any other marketing-related tasks assigned by management
