Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing
∎ Minimum 4 years BBA in Marketing

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow and implement monthly marketing campaign plan and schedule
∎ Identify new customers for expansion.
∎ Connect with business existing and new channels to increase sales.
∎ Analysis of the market potentialities, competitors' behavior, and market trends on a regular basis and report to the management
∎ Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
∎ Maintaining and keeping records of day-to-day marketing activity.
∎ Participate in clients' meetings and attending exhibitions, events and workshops.
∎ Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
∎ Communicate with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
∎ Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy
∎ Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Sales & marketing, Soft Skills, Word & Excel, and Presentation.
∎ Candidates have experience on selling cosmetic product will get preference.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and independently.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Applicant must have excellent knowledge to prepare various official documents both in English and Bengali.
Salary: Negotiable
