**Marketing Senior Executive**

Position: Marketing Senior Executive
Location: Sector-14, Uttara, Dhaka-1230
Requirements:
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA or any relevant discipline from a reputed public/private university
• The applicants should have experience in the following area:- Marketing/Sales
Job Responsibilities:
● Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
● Ensure timely execution of individual and team targets.
● Visit and regularly follow up with prospective customers (homes, shops, restaurants, etc.).
● Promote and sell company products (milk, ghee, yogurt, mustard oil, sweets, chana etc.).
● Collect customer feedback and conduct field-level market surveys.
● Maintain and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
● Distribute product samples and communicate offers, discounts, and benefits.
● Maintain and update customer database using mobile app.
● Submit daily visit reports and communicate with supervisors.
● Monitor and report competitors’ activity and market insights.
● Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
● The applicants should have experience in Direct Sales and Marketing.
● The applicants should have field work mentality.
● Must have computer basic knowledge (MS office & computer operating)
● Positive attitude to maintain company culture.
● Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Experience Requirements
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or field marketing preferred.
• Prior experience in FMCG or Agro/Dairy industry will be prioritized.
