Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stay up-to-date on current market & Sales
∎ Assisting with product development, Pricing, and new product Lunch as well as developing new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers on digital media.
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Community management: Social Media, Mobile Phone
∎ Assisting the creative team.
∎ Maintaining a good relationship with the vendor and partner.
∎ Communicate with the delivery partners
∎ Solving different seller issues. For Example Invoice Printing Issues, etc.
∎ Solving different customers issues like "Missing Item Issue", Color Confirmation Issue", "Size Confirmation Issue", "Cancellation Issue" etc.
∎ Perform Market analysis and research on the latest trends.
∎ Prepare detailed promotional presentation
∎ Research and evaluate competition marketing and digital content.
∎ Lead pipeline creation and setting up meeting with potential clients.
∎ S/He will be aware of the service delivery process and steps
