∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Management (MBM) in Marketing
∎ IELTS (Preferred)
∎ Fluent English ( Speaking & Writing)
∎ Note:- No need for Educational Requirements, if you are confident in your work then you can apply.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Marketing,Communications,Email Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Effective email communication, Email campaign, Email Marketing, Writing email
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Advertising Ageny, Market Research, Sales, Sales & Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Advertising Ageny
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategies to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
∎ Prospect for new clients through both phone calls and emails at high volume with an eye toward exceeding expectations.
∎ Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
∎ Follow-up on leads generated by marketing, which includes content and demo requests.
∎ Managing campaigns on social media. (Drive revenue growth by building a pipeline of qualified prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.)
∎ Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
∎ Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
∎ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
∎ Look for new potential client accounts and make the first contact with those accounts to create interest.
∎ Conduct high-level conversations with senior-level executives, clearly explaining the Proximity services and value proposition to decision-makers.
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
∎ Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like Email marketing, content creation, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
∎ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
∎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry persons, agencies, and vendors
∎ Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
∎ Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
∎ Schedule demos of Proximity services for qualified prospects.
∎ Updating databases and Preparing weekly reports.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 12,000 - 20,000 (BDT Monthly)
Base salary will vary depending on Marketing & Sales Experience. 05-10% Commission per closed contract which can exceed the maximum level on top of the Base Salary.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Insurance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
