Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ M.B.A or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from any Government Recognized University. (Public University will be preferred)
∎ Training/Trade Course: IT,Online Marketing,Digital Marketing
∎ Skills Required: B2B and B2C sales and marketing, B2B Marketing, Business Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B and B2C sales and marketing, B2B Sales, Brand Communication, Brand Marketing, Business Marketing, Email Communications, Excellent communication, International Communication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
∎ Communication Material making by Content Creator and Graphics Designer.
∎ Keep prospective client databases updated.
∎ Make cold calls or Email for new business leads
∎ Support in writing new business proposals
∎ Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
∎ Arrange virtual meetings for management or CEO with prospective clients.
∎ Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
∎ Research and identify new market opportunities.
∎ Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
∎ Manage existing customers and the teams day to day operations.
∎ Develop business with other retail outfits in BD through constant liaison with their local office and foreign offices.
∎ The primary function is to develop a business. Other duties may be added as per top management's discretion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must possess strong customer service skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication
∎ Must have good negotiation skills
∎ Must be able to create good presentations
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Credit card, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Provident fund, Insurance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ All Compensation & other benefits will be allowed after 6 months.
