Experience:
Experience in IVD/medical equipment marketing will be an added advantage.
Achieve monthly SALES and COLLECTION targets for diagnostic instruments, reagents, and consumables
Identify new customers and develop business in hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and healthcare centers
Visit customers regularly, build relationships with lab managers, clinicians, procurement, and decision-makers
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations; explain product benefits and workflow fit
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender/bid documents; support negotiations and closing
Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM with customer visits, leads, and forecasts
Coordinate installation, onboarding, and basic user training with service/application teams
Ensure repeat sales through reagent/consumable planning and stock follow-up with key accounts
Handle customer queries and coordinate troubleshooting/escalation with technical support
Follow company compliance policies and ensure claims match approved product information
Maintain accurate sales reports, call reports, and expense documentation
