Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in Marketing from reputed University.
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will be given Preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for business development of agricultural product especially in dealer sectors.
∎ Establishing new business
∎ Market analysis and proposing sales target and operating sales promotion.
∎ To conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors' activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase dealer sales.
∎ Sells products by establishing contact & developing relationships with prospects.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information & guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Reviewing sales performance and aiming to achieve targets.
∎ Must submit daily / weekly / monthly activities report to the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 03 years' experience in reputed organization.
∎ The applicants should have experience in dealer sales.
∎ Should have sound decision making and problem solving skill.
∎ Good communication and inter personal skills, leadership and team building qualities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
