Responsibilities & Context:
Alif traders All kinds Of Computer Accessories Importer whole seller & supplier.
Manage product listings on the company website and online sales platforms.
Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram,Daraz,WhatsApp, and website chat.
Confirm orders and coordinate with the delivery team for order fulfillment.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to increase sales.
Monitor daily orders and maintain sales records.
Create and optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing updates.
Assist in running Facebook/Instagram/Daraz marketing campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare simple sales reports.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up with office management
