Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years Diploma in Computer, B.Sc in CSE/ CS/ IT, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales Marketing, Software Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve targets.
∎ Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business.
∎ Manage client meeting and presentation.
∎ Prepare presentations.
∎ Prepare proposals.
∎ Maintain the business development databases.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
∎ New product/service acknowledgement to prospective clients and existing clients.
∎ Response incoming email and phone calls.
∎ Market visits, relationship building and negotiation.
∎ Raising Brand Awareness.
∎ Product promotional document (Brochure/White papers) management.
∎ Forecasting future buying trends back to management.
∎ Develop competitor database.
∎ Develop channel partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SOFTWARE/IT ENABLED SERVICE COMPANY.
∎ Experience in market development in ERP, Accounting, POS, HR & Payroll, Provident Fund, Procurement management, Fixed Assets etc. will be preferable.
∎ Presentation skill for corporate selling.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Has the ability to work independently.
∎ Leadership and Managerial Skill

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentive on every successful sales lead.Incentive on target achievement (Quarterly/Half Yearly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
