Responsibilities & Context:
Lead Generation: Identify and search for new construction projects such as steel factories, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
Industrial Visits: Visit various industrial zones to pitch steel building solutions to potential clients and factory owners.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, civil engineers, and consultants.
Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to present the company profile, technical catalogs, and past project details.
Requirement Gathering: Visit project sites to understand client requirements (building size, height, layout) and coordinate with the internal design/estimation team.
Sales Closing: Present price quotations, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals to achieve monthly/yearly targets.
Payment Collection: Follow up regularly with clients to ensure timely bill collection according to the contract phases.
Customer Support: Ensure excellent after-sales service and maintain strong relationships for future repeat business.
