Must be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.Ability to prepare 2D and 3D drawings and designs.Strong interest and creativity in interior and architectural design.Ability to conduct site visits and supervise project execution.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to learn and stay updated with new design trends.Ability to coordinate with clients and contractors effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Must be responsible, hardworking, and maintain a professional attitude.

Job Responsibilities & Context (Architect & Interior Designer)

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

• Prepare design drawings, layouts, working drawings, and construction documents.

• Create 2D and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.

• Conduct site visits, measurements, and project assessments.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare material specifications, BOQ, and cost estimates when required.

• Monitor project progress and ensure design implementation according to approved plans.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.

• Manage project timelines and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide innovative and practical design solutions based on client needs and project objectives.
