Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of all Route-To-Market (RTM) programs in the assigned
∎ Implementation of channel-wise strategy & plan
∎ Execution of distribution plan and its regular follow-up
∎ Implementation of all trade & merchandising (visibility) programs
∎ Lead, coach, and develop a secondary sales team to implement the channel and customer plans and achieve the desired in-store conditions and sales objectives at the store level
∎ Accountable for all operational programs in the assigned
∎ Identify and capitalize on territory business opportunities
∎ Develop a territory strategy based on Regional Plan
∎ Set monthly, quarterly and yearly target

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
