Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and develop new business on assign area/market.
∎ Visit Distributors office/Dealer office/Shops, Hospitals, retail & wholesale markets on a regular basis as per the assigned route chart.
∎ Build a Strong Network in the segment of retailers and dealers.
∎ Product sales operation among retail market base & Via retail market visit.
∎ Plan, organize & develop strategies to ensure the sales target achievement.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for assigned location.
∎ Prepare monthly reports (sales, collection, and credit) and submit these to the management on a regular basis.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Sales Commission. T/A, DA Other Benefits as per company policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
