Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the structure of the business's marketing department
∎ Manage and develop marketing campaigns.
∎ Research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.
∎ Gain insights by identifying and analyzing market competitive actors' practice.
∎ Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
∎ Conduct promotional activities.
∎ Organize and distribute financial and statistical information.
∎ Plan and execute awareness ads on social media platforms to targeted audience and execute search ads on Google

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of ATL, BTL and TTL techniques, channels & strategies.
∎ Good skills in digital marketing tools and online/offline media
∎ Experience in campaign management and budgeting
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
