Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to our programs
∎ Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful implementation of our programs
∎ Work closely with our field staff, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our programs are implemented effectively and efficiently
∎ Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation activities to track program progress and impact
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights
∎ Prepare regular reports on program activities, progress, and impact
∎ Contribute to the development of new program initiatives and proposals
∎ Participate in relevant meetings, workshops and events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, implementation, and monitoring and
∎ evaluation, preferably in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights
∎ Knowledge and understanding of SRHR issues, policies, and frameworks
∎ Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, and/or international organizations
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural
∎ environment
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
∎ Fluency in English (written and spoken)
∎ Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
