Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture.

• Diploma in Agriculture / Diploma in Agricultural Engineering.    

• Skills Required: Interpersonal Skill, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Good Ms office and Emailing skill, Willing to Travel, willing to work under pressure and meet dead lines.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of work experience. ·        

• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in agro-processing, seed production and seed marketing sectors.  

• Prior work experience in the Sales department is advantageous, indicating a proven sales track record.    

• Sales or communication training is preferred.·        

• Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license.      

• Proficient in motorcycle driving.

• Having a motorcycle driving license is advantageous for the role, as it allows for efficient transportation and accessibility within the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, and other stakeholders to expand the customer base and increase sales.

• Promote and market the company’s vegetable seed products within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

• Provide technical support and product information to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.

• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to implement promotional activities and achieve organizational objectives.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in the seed industry and applies relevant knowledge in field operations.
