∎ Job Location : Dhaka (Baridhara)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create environment for achieving security consultancy and background verification contracts.
∎ Create new posts and deployment for manned guard and sales of Security equipment.
∎ Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
∎ Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
∎ Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
∎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
∎ Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
∎ Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
∎ Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with manager operation and accountants activities.
∎ Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
∎ Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
∎ Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
∎ Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
∎ Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
∎ Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
∎ Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
∎ Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
∎ Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
∎ Carry out responsibilities of Accountant and Operation manager in their temporary absence.
∎ Carry out quarterly audit of accounts.
∎ Any other task assigned by Managing Director or by senior management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Security / Service related 2-3 years
∎ Having computer knowledge (MS Word and Excel)
∎ Motorcycle with driving license will get preference
