∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ 5–8 years in accounting/payroll, preferably in security, manpower, or service-sector firms.
∎ Expert-level Excel: pivots, PowerQuery, nested formulas, macro familiarity.
∎ Proficient in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar; eager to master our custom ERP software.
∎ Thorough grasp of Bangladesh VAT/TAX, Labour Laws, guard-advance rules, PF/gratuity.
∎ Detail-oriented, high integrity, excellent communicator with a collaborative “can-do” attitude.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, Quick Learner
∎ Good command over spoken and written English
∎ Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be confident in riding (owning a motorcycle is a plus
∎ Must be honest, disciplined, and open to working beyond regular hours if required

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on finance professional with a proven track record in private-security or manpower-intensive services.
∎ The Manager - Finance and Accounts will take full ownership of billing, collections, payroll, and compliance, ensuring every guard, client, and vendor transaction is accurate and on time.

∎ Familiarity with manpower rosters, site-wise billing, rapid payroll cycles is a plus

∎ Maintain full books (GL, sub-ledgers, journal entries, accruals, pre-paids) and close month-end within ℅ deadlines.
∎ Produce & Analyse P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-Flow, site-/client-wise margin, and guard Utilization reports.
∎ Invoice & revenue cycle: generate monthly client bills from approved deployment sheets; reconcile post changes, OT, and penalties; chase collections.
∎ Process guard advances/loans: record, track, and schedule recoveries; reconcile balances against payroll to avoid over/under-deduction.
∎ Payables: verify vendor bills (uniforms, transports, meals), apply 3-way match, schedule payments.
∎ Banking & fund management: daily bank recs, cash-position reporting, LC/TT docs, liaison for OD or payroll-day funding.
∎ Tax & compliance: calculate/submit VAT, AIT, TDS/WHT; maintain schedules for NBR, audit, and client inspections.
∎ Budgeting, variance, and cost-savings analysis (fuel audits, shift pattern optimization, idle-guard cost).
∎ Champion integration of our ERP and QuickBooks / Zoho / Tally.
∎ Develop KPI dashboard (collection ratio, OT %, guard-to-admin cost, missed-shift penalties).
∎ Coordinate statutory, tax, and client audits; manage PBC lists and corrective actions.
∎ Run end-to-end payroll for guards & staff using biometric attendance, duty rosters, night allowance, OT sheets, and advance deductions.
∎ Cross-check manned hours vs. billed hours; flag variances to operations before payroll lock.
∎ Maintain master tables for hourly/daily contract rates per client, ensuring automatic updates in the payroll engine.
∎ Issue pay slips, bank upload files, and resolve guard pay disputes quickly.
∎ Manage benefits: uniform allowances, attendance bonuses, festival/gratuity, provident-fund, and final settlements.
∎ Audit salary control accounts and produce labour-cost analytics for management.
∎ Streamline guard onboarding → deployment → billing → collection workflow.
∎ Lead cost-optimization drives (route planning, vehicle utilization, uniform procurement).
∎ Prepare investor decks and ad-hoc financial models for new contracts and tenders.
∎ Monitor cash exposure, insurance covers, and business-continuity plans.
