Responsibilities & Context:

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T OWN A MOTORCYCLE. The role requires a valid motorcycle driving license along with personal ownership of a motorcycle to ensure mobility for operational duties.

  Key Responsibilities
  

• Take charge of post vacancy crises: quickly reshuffle guards, arrange relievers, and command Zone Commanders to ensure uninterrupted client coverage.

• Arrange and deploy guards strictly as per client requirements and maintain those requirements through regular checks and follow-ups.

• Lead, coach, and supervise Zone Commanders/Patrol Officers; ensure each post has the right guard at the right time.

• Plan daily deployment/rosters (regular, reliever, OT); control leave and overtime.

• Confirm attendance properly and on time; fix mismatches quickly.

• Conduct day/night site checks, inspections, and follow-ups; keep simple written records/photos where needed.

• Coordinate with clients: start-ups, replacements, emergencies, service recovery, and regular visit plans.

• Run weekly operations meetings with actions and written minutes.

• Support recruitment & onboarding, ID card issuance, uniform readiness, and refresher training with HR/Training.

• Enforce SOPs: urgent onboarding/work-order, deployment checklist, WhatsApp group rules, and basic compliance.

• Work with Accounts to send clear, timely inputs for billing and payroll (changes, OT, reliever notes).

• Manage logistics (motorbikes, fuel, devices), maintain post folders, and support audits.
