Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a skilled & energetic person .
∎ The Restaurant Manger will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training restaurant staff.
∎ Organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
∎ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
∎ Handles discipline of employees in accordance with restaurant policy.
∎ Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
∎ Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
∎ Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
∎ Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service.
∎ Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
∎ Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
