We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and more importantly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager and Customer Service Executive who has a good communication skills.
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational sales objectives.
Effective management of the Sales & Marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
Maintaining good relationship with existing clients & creating new clients.
Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales Target.
Demonstrating & Presenting Products.
Develop & Execute new sales strategies.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Negotiating sales deals with clients.
To prepare daily client visit plan.
Monitor, review and report on all Sales Marketing activity and results.
Develop promotional ideas.
Daily basis report to line manager.
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, walk-ins, and digital channels.
Conduct client meetings to understand interior design requirements and preferences.
Present interior concepts, materials, layouts, and pricing proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Address client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Ensure proper documentation, quotations, agreements, and payment follow-ups.
Monitor project progress and update clients regularly.
Keep up to date with interior design trends, materials, pricing, and competitor activities.
Suggest innovative sales strategies to enhance business growth.
