Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Real Estate Marketing and Sales
Experience in luxury apartment, land or premium housing projects will be highly preferred
Proven experience in dealing with high-profile clients, investors, and corporate customers
Strong understanding of the Bangladesh real estate market and luxury housing sector
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English
Working Experience in Jolshiri, Basundhara, POHS Premium segment apartment will be treated as an added advantage.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets under pressure
Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms and online lead generation techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Strong leadership, team coordination, and business development capability
Willingness to travel for client meetings, project visits, and promotional activities when required
Personal network within corporate or business communities will be considered an advantage
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies to promote luxury residential and land projects.
Identify and generate potential buyers, investors, and high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and strategic business development initiatives.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with investors, corporate executives, expatriate clients, and premium customer segments.
Conduct professional client meetings, project presentations, property consultations and site visits while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Lead all sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets set by the management.
Plan, supervise, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns including Facebook marketing, Google Ads, social media promotions, and online lead generation activities.
Oversee company branding and ensure professional brand positioning across all marketing platforms, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
Coordinate closely with the sales, engineering, design and management teams to ensure smooth client handling and successful deal closures.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, pricing strategies and investment opportunities.
Organize promotional campaigns, corporate events, property exhibitions, and networking programs to enhance company visibility and attract premium clients.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, lead management, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities using CRM systems or internal reporting tools.
Prepare regular sales reports, marketing performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Ensure excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Represent the company professionally at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and corporate engagements.
Continuously identify new market opportunities and innovative marketing approaches to support business growth and expansion.
